A classic full-body massage that uses long, flowing strokes, kneading, and varying degrees of pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and improve circulation.

Deep Tissue
Helps to relieve pain, restore range of motion, break up scar tissue and promote healing of injuries. Slow sustained compression is used to release deeply held tension. Massage pressure is tailored your individual needs.

Kobido
A massage designed to deeply relax the musculature of the head, face, jaw and neck, using gently heated gemstone discs. Originating in Japan by samurai to relieve a strong stress response and later used as a beauty treatment to keep the facial tissues in excellent health. Gliding warm stones gently and rhythmically across the face and décolletage dissolves tension in the jaw and forehead. Finished with a cooling treatment and lymphatic draining.

Abhyanga
Abhyanga is an ancient Ayurvedic oil massage, originating from India as part of a daily self care ritual. Starting with a full body dry exfoliation, the body is then drenched in heated, organic oil. Light, rhythmic strokes aid lymph drainage and soothe the nervous system. A truly nourishing and deeply relaxing treatment that’s excellent for easing anxiety, stress and grief.

Breast, Chest & Abdomen
Breast massage is a gentle, therapeutic treatment that supports breast health, encourages healthy lymphatic flow, aids recovery after breast or chest surgery, and addresses tension in the chest wall and ribs. Because the muscles and fascia of the chest are closely connected to the neck and shoulders, this treatment can also help relieve pain and restriction in those areas.
This is a specialized modality requiring additional certification through the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists. I currently offer breast massage at no extra charge but do allow extra time to go through consent forms. Please inquire about this nurturing treatment.
